Job Role
The Graduate Engineer will support the Senior Engineers with the day to day handling of designs and modifications, making adjustments and amendments to existing designs.
Your role will involve supporting the Senior Engineers with the design of electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarms, security systems, BMS and network installations.
You will work with 2D and 3D design software such as Autocad, Revit, Dialux Evo and Amtech. You will accompany Senior Engineers on design meetings and site visits to inspect the installation and progress of the projects. You will be given early responsibilities on a range of live projects with training, support and mentoring provided by the senior engineers.
Apply your technical expertise when analysing engineering problems, looking to produce a solution that will meet the client’s needs.
Conduct the relevant desk research and additional reading, knowledge sharing with the wider team when appropriate.

Location: Flexible working (periodic attendance at our Ingatestone office may be required for collaborative work and training)

Key Skills / Experience
Degree in Building Services Engineering or appropriate engineering degree
Ability to prioritise your workload and work collaboratively to achieve internal and external deadlines
Working towards professional membership with CIBSE/IET
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
Basic understanding of Health and Safety legislations
Experience with industry specific software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, Amtech is desirable
Travel
Willingness and ability to travel to EU, USA, and Asia Full driving licence will be required
