With over 40 years’ experience, Stephen’s career began in the South African mining industry. He is responsible for M&E design with projects varying in complexity, from Data Centres, HV Reticulation to commercial and domestic projects. Expertise includes NBS Specifications, Data Centre Availability & Reliability Calculations. BEng

Managing Director

With data centre experience spanning two decades, Stuart is positioned as a leader in the European and Worldwide Data Centre industries. Stuart’s experience spans projects of all sizes incorporating strategically critical infrastructure and Hyperscale developments. Andressa Fujie

Electrical Engineer

Andressa has been involved in a number of multi-disciplinary projects, including the management of MEP teams. She has designed a range of electrical services for large and small scale projects, including lighting, fire alarms, security, cable calculations and is an accomplished Revit user. Hannah Galley

Finance Director

Hannah has been with the business for over 17 years and oversees all financial activities, including, cashflow management, invoicing, budgeting, and improving revenue. She is responsible for internal financial controls, and managing any associated risk. BSc, MAAT, AATQB

Matt James

Senior Electrical Engineer

Matt graduated from LSBU with a 1st class honours degree in Building Services Engineering. He is experienced at working on BIM projects using AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech and other simulation programs. Prior to this, Matt served in the Signals Regiment of the British Army for over 12 years, specialising on security and communications. BEng (Hons)

Rebecca Lewis

Operations Director

Rebecca has over 20 years of leadership experience, working in a variety of roles ranging from project management to strategic business planning. She is focused on operational excellence, business development, team engagement, and delivering a high quality service for our clients.

George Mapentzidis

Senior Mechanical Engineer

George is a Chartered Engineer with over 15 years’ experience. After his MSc in Civil Engineering, George gained a MEng at The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. His experience covers commercial, healthcare, education, and much more. He is now applying his expertise of Building Physics, DSM and CFD on Mission Critical projects. Elaine Mitchell

Document Coordinator

Elaine has worked in the construction industry for over 36 years, working on a range of projects from commercial, residential, education and healthcare. Elaine is experienced at implementing BS1192 and ISO19650. She has worked in a variety of roles, including Coordinated M&E CAD Technician, M&E CAD Manager.

Tobin Petit

Building Services Engineer

Tobin started his engineering career more than 25 years ago in the film and specialist effects industry. Since then, he gained years of experience at all levels working as an approved electrical contractor and skilled technician. Currently working towards his Master's Degree, Tobin possesses a unique range of both academic knowledge and practical know-how. BEng (Hons)

Gary Sach

CAD Technician

Gary is a highly experienced CAD Technician with a career spanning 6 decades, working in a variety of settings including manufacturing and industrial projects. Gary is skilled with 3D modelling using Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) Platforms and creating complex models that can be used to explore the building physics of our projects.

Michael Wigington

Director of Engineering

With over 10 years’ experience in engineering at JDA and 20 years in the AEC industry, Michael oversees our MEP systems design for the built environment. Michael is a Chartered Engineer, regularly writing peer reviews and industry related articles. CEng, MCIBSE, MIET, DipHE, BEng, PgDip, MSc, DIC

Casey Byrne Colgan

Junior Design Engineer

Casey started his career as site administrator for one of Ireland's leading providers of Construction and Polymer Engineering services. He has gained valuable project management experience, executing multiple projects simultaneously. Casey is now supplementing his practical and management experience with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, enabling him to give a unique insight into organisational and technical aspects of engineering projects.

Rodion Isakov

Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

Rodion has worked on multiple Hyperscale Data Centre projects at various design stages across Europe and agnostic sites. Rodion has a BEng and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering which has led him to a career in Building Services. He is also passionate about implementing his programming knowledge into engineering calculations. BEng MSc

Michal Piorkowski

Junior Design Engineer

Michal started his professional career as a telecommunications consultant. With over 2 years’ experience in the Data Centre industry, he has been involved in several projects around the world, varying from small to hyperscale. Michal has also graduated with a master’s in mechanical engineering, providing our engineering projects with a unique outlook. MEng

Abu Dadabhai

Senior Electrical Engineer

Abu is an experienced electrical engineer who has worked on multiple Hyperscale Data Centre projects across Europe. He also has experience in the design of industrial sites, commercial sites, retail and more. Abu has spent time working as a Subject Matter Expert for a major blue-chip client across the EMEA region. He is passionate about providing sustainable engineering solutions and exceptional client care. BEng (Hons) MIET

Shivesh Patel

Associate Director

With Data Centre & Mission Critical experience spanning 15 years varying from small to hyperscale projects, Shivesh is passionate about implementing low carbon technologies for the built environment. He also has extensive experience in the design of MEP systems for the commercial, office and retail sectors. BSc (Hons), MSc

Paul Barlow

Resident Engineer

Paul has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, covering all aspects of building services installations, commercial, industrial food & water process to military facility installations. During the last 15 years he has worked within the Data Centre & Mission Critical environment undertaking various Contractor / Client management team roles from Commissioning Manager to Senior M&E Manager.

Ethan Barton

Business Support Placement

Ethan is currently on placement with us. He is a student at Loughborough University completing a degree in Economics and Management Science and has been studying modules such as quantitative economics, data analysis and management of human resources. He is already a valued member of JDA, and will be supporting the team in an administrative and analytical role during his placement year.
