We work remotely, however team collaboration and knowledge sharing is a priority for us, so periodically we all meet up at our Ingatestone office. Our team have the option of working a 4-day week, and all overtime is rewarded. JDA believe in reward and recognition, and pride ourselves on offering a benefits package that reflects this.
